Companion Health Services is located next to the TD Bank North Garden, on the 6th Floor of The Causeway. It can be accessed directly by car or certain MBTA lines. Please see the map below provided by Mapquest followed by directions to our office.

From the North
Take I-93 South to Exit 26A Leverett Circle/Cambridge. Follow the signs toward North Station. Turn right at the end of the ramp. The TD Bank North Garden/North Station will be located on your left. Just after the Garden, turn left into the driveway of 226 Causeway Street. We are located on the 6th Floor.

From Eastern New Hampshire & Northern MA
Take I-95 South to Route 1 South. Follow Route 1 across the Tobin Bridge and follow the signs for Storrow Drive/Cambridge. Stay right to exit at Nashua Street and follow signs for North Station. The TD Bank North Garden/North Station will be located on your left. Just after the Garden, turn left into the driveway of 226 Causeway Street. We are located on the 6th Floor.

From the South
Take 1-95 North to I-93 North towards Boston. Enter I-93 North Tunnel. Take Exit 26/Storrow Drive. After exiting, stay in the left lane and follow signs for North Station. Take a right at the next set of lights onto Nashua Street. Follow Nashua Street until the end and take a left at the lights. The TD Bank North Garden/North Station will be located on your left. Just after the Garden, turn left into the driveway of 226 Causeway Street. We are located on the 6th Floor.

From the West
Take I-90/Massachusetts Turnpike to I-93 North. Enter I-93 North Tunnel. Take Exit 26/Storrow Drive. After exiting, stay in the left lane and follow signs for North Station. Take a right at the next set of lights onto Nashua Street. Follow Nashua Street until the end and take a left at the lights. The TD Bank North Garden/North Station will be located on your left. Just after the Garden, turn left into the driveway of 226 Causeway Street. We are located on the 6th Floor.

From Logan Airport
Exit the airport and follow the signs to the Sumner Tunnel toward Boston ($3 toll from airport to Boston). Once through the tunnel, stay in the right lane and take the ramp marked Storrow Drive/Cambridge. Once on the ramp, follow signs for North Station. We are located to the right of the TD Bank North Garden/North Station if you are facing it on Causeway Street. 

Public Transportation
For information on using public transportation, please visit the MBTA website. CHS is located on Causeway Street next to the North Station stop at the TD Bank North Garden. We are to the right of the Garden if you are facing it from Causeway Street.
