We offer the following services to your Long-Term Care Facility:

• Provide comprehensive Medicare Part B and secondary billing service to your qualified residents.
• Assume financial responsibility for all Medicare Part B residents’ products.
• Review treatments for every resident in your facility to ensure all products reimbursed under Medicare Part B are provided by Medicare Part B and not purchased by your facility.
• Complete wound care forms on each resident requiring wound care supplies to ensure they meet Medicare Part B coverage requirements.
• Access to a wound nurse for your compromised patients requiring consultation on difficult wounds. The wound nurse is also available to in-service your nursing staff in order to obtain additional CEU credits.
• Monthly review of the Medicare Part B inventory to ensure proper utilization.
• Process the Certificate of Medical Necessity to the appropriate physicians for ALL residents that receive Medicare Part B supplies.
• Meet with the designated individual at the facility monthly to review and update Medicare Part B services provided by Companion Health Services.
• Assist facility in staying in compliance with Medicare guidelines.
• Medicare Part B supplies are shipped to your facility PATIENT SPECIFIC.
