Customer Service Representative
Companion Health Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Long-Term Care Program.
Responsibilities include:

Telephone communication with nurses and staff at facilities as well as with home patients
-
Entering and completing all order requests and changes to meet delivery deadlines
-
Liaison between accounts and external representative

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.

2-3 years customer service experience.

Computer literate (i.e. Windows, DOS, E-mail, Microsoft Office)

Knowledge of insurance, HME, and long-term care industry.

Familiarity with Dezine software a plus.
